Shipping & Postage

Orders will normally be dispatched within 2–3 working days of payment being received.

All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely and in the condition described.

United Kingdom

Postage within the United Kingdom will normally be by Royal Mail 'Tracked 48 with Signature' or another suitable tracked service depending on the value of the item.

Postage is typically charged at £4.85 per order.

Higher value items may be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery or another insured service where appropriate in order to ensure safe delivery. In such cases the seller may upgrade the service at their own discretion.

International Orders

International shipping is available for most destinations.

For simplicity, international postage is normally charged at a £14.95 with items sent via Royal Mail 'International Tracked' or an equivalent service, which allows items to be sent using a secure tracked postal service.

If the actual postage cost to the destination country is lower than the amount charged, the difference will be refunded to the buyer after dispatch.

International shipments will normally be sent using Royal Mail International Tracked, International Tracked & Signed, or another suitable insured service, depending on the value of the item.

For higher value items, additional insurance or enhanced delivery services may be used to ensure safe delivery.

Lower Value Items

Due to international postal costs, overseas orders are normally accepted for items valued at £30 or more.

However, buyers wishing to purchase lower value items from outside the United Kingdom are very welcome to make contact, particularly if the item is of personal or family interest, and I will always try to assist where possible.

Customs & Import Duties

Buyers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges that may apply in their country.

Customs declarations will be completed in accordance with postal regulations and will accurately describe the contents and value of the shipment.

Combined Shipping

Where possible, combined shipping may be offered for multiple purchases. Any significant difference between the postage charged and the actual cost of sending the items will be refunded.
