Refund policy

I want buyers to be satisfied with any item purchased from 'Maddox Medals & Militaria'.

If you are unhappy with an item for any reason, it may be returned provided it is in the same condition as supplied. A full refund will be issued once the item has been received.

Please contact me before returning any item so that return arrangements can be agreed.

If an item is returned simply because a buyer has changed their mind, the cost of return postage will normally be the responsibility of the buyer. However, if an item is found to be significantly misdescribed or there is a genuine issue with the item supplied, the cost of return postage will be covered by me.

Due to the nature of historical and antique items, normal signs of age and wear should be expected and are not considered faults.

Medals and militaria are described to the best of my knowledge and research using available sources. Where possible, historical background and service details are provided for interest and context. Such information represents the results of research rather than a definitive statement of fact, and interpretations may change as further information becomes available.
