Postage & Returns

Postage within the United Kingdom is normally charged at £4.85, using a tracked service with signature on delivery where appropriate. Items of higher value may be sent using an upgraded service at no additional cost to the buyer.

International postage is charged at a standard rate of £14.95 using a tracked service. This is a flat rate applied across all destinations for simplicity.

Where the actual cost of international postage is lower than the amount charged, any difference will be refunded after dispatch. In cases where postage costs exceed the standard rate, the additional cost will normally be absorbed.

All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery and are dispatched promptly following receipt of payment.

Returns

All items are described to the best of my knowledge and ability.

If, upon receipt, an item is found to be significantly not as described, it may be returned for a full refund in accordance with the Returns Policy.
